Our laser cutting service is built for manufacturers and their suppliers — production runs and overflow work that would otherwise tie up your own machines and people. You supply the work; we supply the equipment, the operators and the machine hours.

The brains behind the brawn
Good software turns complex work into simple steps, so a small team can do what used to take weeks. Laser cutting is no different: modern software nests parts to save material, beam control keeps cut quality consistent, and onboard sensors keep every system working together.
Most customers send a .DXF file from SolidWorks, MasterCam or similar design software. We add the cutting paths and sequences, nest the parts and run the job.

Sometimes a cut part needs a bend before it’s finished. Our 125-ton press brake handles simple bends — basic angles and forms — so your parts leave here ready for the next step.

How much laser cutting capacity do you have?
We run our lasers two shifts a day, six days a week — about 540 hours of run-time a month. Production orders of 50 to 500 sheets are a good fit.
What file format do you need?
A .DXF file for each part, from SolidWorks, MasterCam or similar. Tell us the material, thickness and quantity, and we add the cut paths, sequences and nesting.
What materials and thicknesses can you cut?
Mild steel up to 3/8″ thick and stainless steel up to 1/4″ thick, on sheets up to 5′ × 10′.
Can you bend parts after cutting?
Yes — simple bends such as basic angles, on our 125-ton press brake.
